I hear a  lot of what to get? Which is best? Mainly is having common sense and work with a company that has the same. It makes things much easier.

 I always buy Samsung's phones for several reasons. One it makes it phones with senses. It durable products saves me so much money. Fallen into water, lasts over two years . That's a lot to say compare to other phones. And even the phone is almost apart it still will have some working functions. The other reason ,You know how these days every expensive gadgets always in the need for more expensive gadgets just to have a full working one? Like before Super Nintendo came with two controllers,most of them does, then when the Sony playstation only one then you have to buy a extra one & and memory card? Well the same with some of these phones these days. But Samsung has sense to really help out a little. It  always gives a little something. An extra case, charger that can be a USB cord. Memory which you have to buy depending on the phone , could hold huge amount of data.

 

Well the same with every thing else you buy, If you gonna get insurances make sure it has the great  benefits and if it's going to be expensive let it be because it's worth the money.

 I tried the new Apple phone . It's OK. I had a bit of trouble seeing display in daylight. I like big screen but not big enough where others can see from behind. There for getting a case is a must. Case is thick enough to shield the screen. 

 Bundles like phone ,cable and web. People think they are really getting a great deal. But really is it? If something is wrong with the  cable do you want to be without a phone ?  Think about it.

Apple Inc. vs Samsung

 Update on this long lawsuit battle between two technology giants Samsung and Apple . Since April this battle has spread across the states and countries. Not much closer from when this began. 

September, Apple has receive an injunction which allows the company to thorough validate Samsung Galaxy products for the patents similarity's. But at the last hearing U.S judge as said Samsung  infringe Apple Inc. patents.

Apple spokeswoman Kristen Hugent  added " It's no coincidence  that Samsung latest products looks a lot like the iPhone and iPad . This kind of patents copying is wrong, we need to protect Apple intellectual property when companies steals our patents.

In Australia court on October 13. Judge Lucy Koh has slap a temporary ban on the sales on Samsung latest sales in Australia.

 The next hearing will be held in California on the miens ;

• Whats was follow in the the Australia Or ale
• The diffuclties that Apple Inc has establishing the patents validation
• The Samsung infringement  Apple patents 

At this hearing hopefully there are enough evidences to  prove whether or not these great patent ideas was in fact copy. It's a wonder how one ruling from one Judge in the U.S court will effect the others in other countries.  

This is something boy! Right after Samsung launched it Galaxy 10.1 and other products Apple filed suit. Then Samsung counter suit. Then Samsung tries to market its smart phone in other countries and get ban.  I thought these companies most likely accomplish some resolvement already. There probably  more than meets the eye if you know what I mean. For one  if this was Apple patent why was Samsung was included in the making. Why did Apple didn't launch its iPhone when expected?  Now all this creativity and the patents feud and not many has the chance to even experience how great is this the Galaxy tab or iPhone. By the time this feud is over newer models and other patents will hit the market. For there are major search engines companies like Google is joining the patent business.  Truce is obviously recommended or at least a sooner resolve. 

The battle tale of Samsung vs Apple

 This fight between these two companies seems almost childish but most fights usually are. This started after Samsung announced it's Galaxy 2. Apparently both these companies worked on this patent project together. Not so much details on which formula . So when Samsung announced GALAXY tab 10.1,Apple believe the patent idea was stolen being that the features was quite similar to it's iPhone & iPad. Such as the functions, pinching and scrolling and the flat black design.

  Apple filed a suit against Samsung April 15.2011 for "Intellelectual Properties".  Spokesman for Apple states their must protect their creative ideas and patents.

At that note ,the next week Samsung filed a counter suit in Seoul Central District Court for '5 allegining 5 infringements. These complaints consist of two cities in Germany and Tokyo.

After this this lawsuits had been silent. Then news that these lawsuit is now Europe,Japan and United States. Apple had received a head in this battle, an injunction against Samsung. Which, Samsung has to show 3 samples of the Galaxy to Apple for review and approval ,also block sales of Galaxy in Germany till this dispute is over .Samsung agreed.

Despite this ruling Samsung has filed a counter suit against Apple in Australia on September 16, 2011 for "iOS based devices". Not only that Samsung is out to ban iPhone 5 in South Korea before it's even launched. I guess 'you ban me ,I ban you'! It's angle for the ban is 'patents violations +related to wireless communications ASAP right after the Cuperlino,California based company. Samsung's source stated " For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions ,it would be impossible for it to sell it's i-branded product 5without using our patents,we will stick to a string stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights." said to the Korea Times. Even earlier it has been said that this lawsuit Apple has against Samsung should been thrown out. What do you think? I kind of agree. This is typical what happens in the business world. Beside there are so many phones that has such similarities to other make and models. Even cars . This battle might goes on for long while. But for what goal exactly. The Samsung Galaxy  and the Apple iPad and iPhone is already known and consumers wants it. If these phones gets block and might not hit the market this will lose costumer faith in these leading companies. Who wants to hear a exciting and well purpose phone and has to wait much longer that needed to. Hopes all goes well! 

Samsung and Apple are moving on

 Well these two companies are moving on with business despite the lawsuit the South Korean Company Samsung has widens it 's global patents by filing a counter suit in Australia. This suit started early this year for similarity of patent ideas. "To defend our intellectual property Samsung  filled a cross claim for Apple's violation of Samsung's wireless technology patents." said Samsung Electronics Spokesman Nam Ki-Yung. 

Also Apple's is finally going to put consumer who been waiting for the release of iPhone5 since June. This will be release in October this year. Sprint already raised the initial smart phone termination to $350 .

Samsung & Motorola news!!!

Ooyala is making way with it's new cross-platform called Ooyala Everywhere. If you haven't heard of this company before , it's was founded by ex-Google employees in 2007.Ooyala is a  video company like YouTube but for major companies such as TechCrunch,Gerneral Mills, Dell, Telegraph Media Group and Martha Stewart Living even ESPN. This Ooyala Everywhere will up this scale by publish these videos in HD and enable these publishers to have it monetize through rich media ads and subscription.. Motorola has made a strategic investment to this video publishing platform . Motorola VP in corporation and ventures Wallace Pai said yesterday in announcement'We look forward to building to on the synergies between our two companies." Google has also in the process of acquiring 12.5 billion dollars into this platform.

 SAMSUNG  GALAXY S II ARE THEE BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET TODAY!!! This is a fact base on the market reports. Even though the over seas has the privillge of enjoying this phone first it's worth the wait. It has came out while this lawsuit with Apple vs. Samsung for the simillarity of their Apple Iphone2 and the galaxy SII. Right off front there are a lot of similarity but the Galaxy SII are about 0.7 oz lighter than the Epic 4G and iPhone2. The lawsuit itself I post more when I learn the results. But for now, let me tell you the features of this phone. It has 4.5 inch screen that shows unbealivable beautiful display using the  AMOLED.Gingerbread. Dual -Core 1.2 Ghz Exynos. 800x480 WVGA resolution. This video will explain more.

Samsung Hercules-

 Samsung has a new model phone called Samsung Hercules.First heard of May 18 this year.  This phone is rumored to be the newest variant of the Samsung Galaxy S2 and 'like the Infuse 4G but with dual core. Once proven the spec this device will be able to hold more apps and features that customers wants to try out. 

Samsung Hercules Model SGH7989 specifics; 4.5 inch display screen, dual core. 8 mega pixel camera on the back. Front camera which will be rocking the Tele new GPS. Beautiful  silver design. Single piece battery cover. If not curved edges probably bigger and wider at the bottom.Ultra fast handset with Nextflex also pre-installed. Price is about 200 dollars. Nice.  My personal opinion ,it 's not that attractive. Looks more in the late 90's style. Well I let you be the judge. Tell me what you think.

Starting a home from scratch?

Many owners are stripping house in order to meet regulations and trying to be appealing to significant renters and buyers. After doing the search for great craftsman and contractors they work on the finishing touch like carpet and appliances. For experience owner in this field already has their usual fellow companies.But there are lot of newbies in this field and starting out leaves open air of stress and hesitation. I can imagine the feeling. I myself,is renting but turning this house from a great place to a great home. 

For owners, here's a tip: Tenants and owners wants and needs amenities that helps them out and save them money. For example I lived in a nice apartment years ago. What I respected more about the apt. was that it has a w/d ,dishwasher,new up to date refrigerator and bathroom was situated right. Even the rent was high I didn't mind at all to pay it. When the place that is up for sale has the right appliance that is made by a trusted company it not only helps the renters it helps the owners as well.

I already bought a great Whirlpool stove. It cooks great and it don't jack up my bill. If you are owner or just updating your home like me get some appliances that helps you out saves you money and still valuable. Earlier when I put that a place has to helps tenants out, it means saves them money. A lot of people are in a rough spot or not but it saves gas and money when they don't have to drive to Laundromat. Or uses too much electricity to use their appliance. This is also a selling point to soon to be renters. Plus if owner left with the place ,the place is worth more  The first time I saw my house it was worth more than the man was offering but he needed it to be rented out. But I upgraded so now it will worth a little more. Besides when you upgraded your home like me ,you can take it with you when you move. Ha! Have fun renovating!

Samsung vs Apple

 This competition between Samsung and Apple has last for some months . The two companies was once mutual to each other,now since the  lawsuits about stealing ideas and formats there is nothing but strategies and competition.

 Going back , there was a project that both companies was working on. When the Galaxy launched ,Apple  claims the features was a lot similar to their iPhone . They filed suit , then later Samsung counter sued . I don't know the status of this yet but will soon.

 Samsung will launched a new top-end phone,which confirmed by an source in Asia, which will take on the Apple iPhone 5. This phone will have 1.4 GHz dual core,Samsung Exynos  Soc,1GB RAM& Android2,3,4,. Gingerbread with Samsung own Touch Wiz user interface, it will have better spec than the Galaxy.

 Apple broke their traditional  by not launching their phone this year, There a several phones to expect this year. iPhone 5 out in September , iOS 5 this fall and includes new software and fee software setup. The i Pod Touch will be out same time as iPhone5.

 Being these phones will be out close to end of this year I wonder will Apple beats Samsung years.

Motorola Droid 3

Androids are advancing at a fast rate. Already Motorola has introduce Droid 3. This next smartphone has micro USB port and HOMI port on the left side of the phone,slide out keyboard. The rumors whether it will has Tegra chipet and will be on the dual -core land is still not confirmed. The first difference between Droid 2 are the physical buttons are little different and it has full 3pack of five full rows keys. You see more about it from the video above.
Samsung Galaxy tab are is still competition with Apple Ipad2. To me is what works best for you . Both are 34 inches thick. Galaxy has a 10.1 screeen and the Apple1.33 . Little different in pounds . But galaxy has great quality of picture.  Galaxy will launches on June 13.  Tell me which you prefer.

Google Chromebooks

 At the Google l/O conference this Wednesday Google made a huge impression with the Google Chrombooks.  This system is out and away from the traditional  laptops. Instead of the local storage  it will be total depended on the cloud service for all documents ,security software and media files.
Samsung and Acer are the only two that has the laptops with the Chromebooks .At the conference both laptops was put in comparison . Now it both contains ;2Gb of RAM, 16 GB SD, two 2.0 ports , 1Mp webcam 4&1 card reader . It also has Intel Atom N520- dual-core processor 1.66Hz and chrome keyboard and clickable clickpad.
 Samsung Series 5 is  little bigger than Acer. It has 12.1 inch screen and has brighter and colorful display. Also has longer battery life.and it price at $430

Acer has  11.6 inch screen and about1/3 pound lighter  . It also $80 less . But not too much said about this product. But both will be available June 15 2011/. I 'll post more on the Google Chromebooks soon! Enjoy the video. It will give you more insight.

Samsung Infuse 4G. Hottest new Android

 Samsung first mention the Infuse at the CES show this January. With the sleek 1/3 of an inch thick and 4.5 inch screen this is the thinnest AT&T fastest phone , this will be flying up the market. It's very attractive and I like the grip on the back which makes a better hold. Now the Infuse has great features ; 2.2 Android smartphone, 1.2 Hummingbird processor, HSPA+, 2B micro SD card for a 32 GB slot. 800 x480 touchscreen. Now this is my favorite features. It has front camera facing with 1.3 mega pixels ,and with the Super AMOLED Plus the lastest of Samsung technonlogy theres are 50% more sub pixels which gives brighter and richer colors  and visibilty in sunlight. Great! I usually has to find shade to see my screen.  Plus it has qwerty keyboard. Super fave , it has not only front and back mega pixel cameras it has 700p video recording too .Preloaded with upcoming summer movie trailers. Awesome. I told you Samung knows how to create phones to everyone needs.

 The Samsung Infuse will be availble May 15 this year . $200 with two year contract with AT&T . There are no news on other purchase incentive yet.

Samsung mobile chip

Samsung A4 and A5 chips are getting others attention. Even with this lawsuit between Apple and Samsung and the difficulties with the Samsung Fancinate smartphone still this is something other phones manfacutures are getting into. Several phones like the Iphone and the Ipod 2 has the mobile chip so does the Galaxy Tab.Now I had tried the Fancisnate and it works pretty well lack of the difficulties of uncompleted system fuction. It's true. It does works faster than other smartphones and it can hold much more memory by far.Like I said once this fued between Samsung and Apple are over this will be such an ideal to have.
Now there are better and smarter phones than the Blackberry. And more attractive.

Apple ,which gets their A4 and A5 chips from Samsung just signed the deal with Taiwa Seniconductor Company(TSMC) to make chips  similar to the ones in Ipod2. Intel also wants to join this business . Now it seems Apple is trying to find another manufacuterer company to create these moble chips and might disconnect from Samsung entirely. Who knows. Too bad they make a great business combination.

Samsung & Apples

 Apple had filed a lawsuit against Samsung April 15,2011 in Sans Friscisco for 'Intellectual Properties'. In the suit Apples state that Samsung Galaxy tab is a copied model of thier iPad and Iphone. The operation are similar;selection , pinching and the scrolling, also the flat black face design.Plus the Google Inc. (GOOG) Android software which was specifically desing to copied Apple products. Now the Galaxy Tab is the hottest on the market beating iPad & iPhone about half in sales.
Since the lawsuit Apple has filed Samsung decides to counter sue a week later. Samsung filed a suit in the Seoul Central District Court against Apple on for 5 alleginging  5 pantents infringments . The complaint consist of Tokoyo two cites and German  city of Mannheim  citing three violations.  Not much more info about what angle and what are the violations exactly. But maybe the Samsung Fancinate is one of the smartphone on the list.
Though Fancinate are not mention in the suit but this will explain the patent diffulties of the phone. See users has many complaints that this memory chip place within Smartphone system is not function properly. Or not install complely. The directory is getting effected by a tech OPX or something .This has been fustrating because there seems no way around it but skilled smartphone users seems to find  a way . Maybe after this law suit war are over the problem be solve
Apple goal of the suit is to receive compersation for correcting advertising. Samung no word.
This has been a unfornate fight between two extrodinary companies. Hopes all ends well.

New from Samsung

The Replenishing. This is a new Eco Friend android phone new from Samsung. Not too good raves about this phones except is 35% made with post-consumer recycle plastic and that has a solar battery cover. This is the one where the back is the charger. It's pretty cool . It's just not as fancy and fast like the others android phones on the market. It only has 2 MP camera ,600MHZ and it runs on an outdated Android 2.2 Froyo. QWERTY keyboard  under the touch screen. BUT this is affordable. I have no word on the price but it was said to be much cheaper than the other Androids on the market.

And going by the specific of this phone you really can't go wrong.
Gem is another android phone on the market. There aren't so much knowledge on this one . Pros are that it is nice design  &  several techs is acceptable. But the cons are the typo errors that the keyboard makes and that is has such a ugly and terrible feel.  Hey you be the judge. Tell me what you think.

Focus, Hook up your entertainment system!

 We talk about the technology that helps you on the go ,well lets talk home atmosphere. I still interested in 3D  HD t.v and /or blu-ray disc player. Well the one way to get the both of best world is to have 3D as an option rather than stuck with something to ruin your eyes in the long run. The best way to shop for electronics  or just about everything is to buy options. Sometimes this requires buying products just last year rave as well new gadgets. I like the HD yet to me is not all that great. Just a great flat or digital t.v is fine, as long it has the right hook up ,sharpness and well branded. For the HD televisions , it always has to be centered to watch. If you on the left or more on the right ,it doesn't matter how big inch it is you will get dark shadow . Who agree?
If you notice most people has their flat screen hanging upon the wall, so if those ought to get those the devices that can trasfer these into small computer, good reaching!
One is to get the Samsung BD-C6900 1080p 3D Blu-ray Disc Player, at least you can watch 3D when you feel. Or get Samsung HT-C6930W 3D Blu-ray Home Theater System for better sound as well.
 One other thing people uses dvd system or game system for audio cd is for the satisfaction of great music. I don't see many buys cd player anymore. Now there's ipod and mp3 etc. . So the one great aspect is better desktops ,lps,dvd players ang game systems. Which do you prefer?
Speaking for myself , my experiences , I have better music selection from audio cds . Lets get real,money is tight , who wants to spend money on products just for show?Who wants durable and well function system?
The main source is 'Digital output. If you have sources from this and you can edit and create your stream of music and video. One is the Windows Media. Here you can watch, create and share some of the videos and music you setup. Cool. The fun way is to see the old method of 80's tech equipment, find out how to digital computer form then create . Make sure you no violations ,check the rules  and off you go.
 For the important part ,sanctuary your system. Sometimes it is not what you buy but where you set it. Which satellite or cable system that works best . Overall  you can have the best and all you have to do is see it. I like Phillips  and RCA televisions . There remotes will work with either old or new appliances. Now to see what other that's works well either universal remotes , these do. Gotta think of the back up plans. I will prefer heading with the Samsung players and Daewood  is great for dvd recorders. Now Daewood is not well known ,or shall say famous but this brand products are very durable.  I had bought several products and its still works even though doors hanging ,chipped ,and dropped.
These simple and not so expensive products can make it a joy to come home from a hard day from work. I'll post more selections soon!

Samsung . My several choices

Here are the few reason I will buy Samsung phones and tablets  than the others. I love simple programing ,durability,style and  with great compatible of the way we live today. When I had purchase one of it's smartphones  it came with an extra cover case and screen guard. Little bucks save. Tablet like the Galaxy are an ideal to carry around and get most done without haul an obvious big equipment. Or something so small it could get lost. SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB P1000 16GB FACTORY UNLOCKED GSM It's great for setting appointments and goes back for quicker research. I had no problems with this product. It once slip out of my wet hands and didn't break or became damage. Apples iPad2 , I got to try it today, it's okay. Not a big fan. I had heard great reviews for both iPad2 and the Xoom. iPad2 was fave just a bit more .
My friends likes the American brands better.To me if it works well, and I get a whole lot more with my money durable then it's cool for me.

One other product I ant to mention is Samsung Portable Bluray plalyer.Samsung BD-C8000 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player This beautiful device has the most shocking clear pictures and sound. I could attach it to my digital TV and get small access to the web. I bought this  & it's worth every dime.  The video above ,the voice might sound annoying but its the best I can find that gives a good decription. Tell me what you think

How will Motorola's Xoom do on the market?

 There was questions whether Motorola will kill the Xoom line by June this year. Motorola aren't going and  base on what their electronics industry Digitimes states that the Xoom will be on the market in April. This hasn't been such a long back log but the sales says different. Apple iPad 2 has been running the sales market so far and Apple fans didn't even care if Xoom are better or not,it was available. Now there are speculations that since Motorola Xoom was a no getter for this entire time ,that they might be planning a great new look. But hey ,in my my opinion everyone looks for something new.Also not everyone buys the newest so fast,some rather wait to see others opinon before they purchase one themselves. I know I do. Well back on this subject ,Motorola hasn't answer to if there will be any new appearance or either there will be an additional like mini 2.0 or larger screen. Well this should be thought over by Motorola because the most exciting factor of the Xoom was being the 1st that has the Honeycomb now that's range with other tablets.

Even Samsung are weigh into action with the Galaxy Tab 8.9 which is not on market yet either. At the company event March 22 , they introduce the Galaxy tab 8.9 . This is similar to the size of Lg Optimus introduced last month. Samung stated the rumors that they was also inventory backlog was false. they also added they are  offering a broad product range with different sizes to support wider customer choice. Now, the goal  for these big companies ,seems to make the tablets screen bigger

Motorola Wireless Keyboard for Motorola ATRIX and XOOM (Motorola Retail Packaging)Here's the latest , From London Samsung Co.LTD has annoucced their development of 1Gbit DRAM l/0 interface for mobile. This DRAm 512-pins wide. This beats last generators of mobile use of maxium 32 pins for power supply . This chip will be a boost for Data transmissonon the wide l/o DRAM uses 512 pins for data input and output ans also interface for moble applications for smartphones like the tablet and computers. This chip is impletented in manurfactionary process technology  somewhere between 50 -59 nm. This is great . Samsung are due to show a paper related to widel?0 at the 2011International Solid -State Circuits Conference held from Feb 20-24 in San Francisco. Samsung has not indicated any news when this will be available or if it will be offer the1Gbit WIO DRAM as a package part or to use it as a bare die in multi-chip packages . I 'll post news from the conference
Motorola seems to be on top of things. Their Xoom is pretty pricey. it arrange about $600 with contract, this could be find at Best Buy, it cost $799.99 without contract.
 Before Feb.24 is the best time get the Atrix 4G!! It's available ,thisis the last  day of Walmart  best sale. Motorola has great deals for this phone. All depends where you go. At AT&T their deal is Atrix are $199.99 with 2 yr. contract . Amazon and Radioshack has the same phone for only &129.99. This is a cool phone it comes with 1Ghz dual -core Nvidia Tegra2 processor, 1Gb of RAM. It also loaded with an ASUS Eee Pc with windows 7 and a 2 GB plan for $465 less than the Atrix atrix /laptop Dock bundle.

Bluray the best one

Samsung has a bluray that is unbelievable. Portable Blu-Ray Player BD-C8000. Oh this well black finish ,slim product has what is need for enjoyment on the go. This cost $499 at Samsung site so it's much much cheaper at Amazon.com. Steep price? Well wait till you hear all what this player can do. It can be simply attached to a 3D television,playback in 3D as well. It the size of medium laptop. 10.3 inch screen,beautiful exterior,full HD experience,three hours of battery life. This I totally deals with and it's annoying to have a charger attached as I use. Three hours, that's about two movies.
It also contain apps. When attached to a television (mainly HD and 3D) it turns your screen into a mini computer. There are plenty of apps such as: Pandora,Blockbuster,Facebook and Netflix. Plus there is Google Maps to explore. Keep up with USA Today and  a blast. This player also has faster play mode and quick list of more movie options.Built in wired or wireless connectivity. Cool.
This is what all companies are building their products 'All in one place. So you have a smartphone ,desktop ,laptops, and now blu-rays that can all gives you Internet services.Easier downloads and uploads and just more options. This is great for additional reason; with the right apps there less the chance of harmful sites. Given apps will give consumer a little ease to trust the sites available on screen. There are plenty out there which seems legit or trusted to later discover it's under false names,non compliance wit name co. This helps people to be a little more careful.

Pc's From the CES 2011

I forgot to mention about the laptops at this year CES show. Now Laptops and Tablets had made a combination this year. Now there are tablets with pull out keyboard and ones that can be attach to one. Here's a few of them.
Thinkpad Inch Line E220 laptop.That is more attractive this year and price around $800. The tiny Razor Switchblade;Intell powerline ,cudtom keyboard. This model is mainly for gaming.  You can add a mouse.I really like the blue lighted keys. This is not on the market,and when wasn't stated.As soon as it available I let you know.
Leveno IngradeTablet ,introduce last year but haven't reach the market yet. This expected to be price $1,300. It could be attached to a keyboard then becomes a Windows laptop. Pretty cool.
Motorola introduce Antrix 4G dockable phone. It  could be your main device. It allows you to dock info from it with a device into a laptop shell or to a desktop peripheral. It functions are expanded by the shells. This phone is like a portable computer.
Next is the Samsung Slate PC7 and Widow Slate. This very thin Leveno type ,small Tablet has a slide out keyboard. It similar to a folder you get at a stationary store. It has a curve corners.It's a laptop type tablet. Not so much my taste but you may like it.
What was attractive to me is the Window EPc Flait. It has an touch screen keyboard. A keyboard that you can attach,therefore you can hear clicks when you attach or detach. Large touch board and it comes with a stylus. Like a Nintendo DS the stylus is unnoticeable. This is really cool. I can use the touchscreen keyboard using the stylist,avoiding fingermarks and play games. The model shown was white. I prefer silver .
