Best 3D t.v s and apps!

 Not much since the Electronic Show early this year I heard much on 3D television. Only video games systems like the Xbox and Playstation more to offer regarding this feature. As I said before looking at these 3D often does hurts your eyes . 

Against my better judgment I bought one for my son. His eyes became watery and irritating, so I put it away. Now he just uses it only for the games. Well there are better televisions out there that require uses with the glasses this way it doesn't hurts the eyes so much.   My advise if interested in these 3 D best to get the ones that has it as an option . So you don't waste money like I did. Being that this feature has first peek on televison last year, there has been some upgrades.  The above video explains.

For the best part the games are so much to play with especially the horror ones during these Halloween season.

Apple Inc. vs Samsung

 Update on this long lawsuit battle between two technology giants Samsung and Apple . Since April this battle has spread across the states and countries. Not much closer from when this began. 

September, Apple has receive an injunction which allows the company to thorough validate Samsung Galaxy products for the patents similarity's. But at the last hearing U.S judge as said Samsung  infringe Apple Inc. patents.

Apple spokeswoman Kristen Hugent  added " It's no coincidence  that Samsung latest products looks a lot like the iPhone and iPad . This kind of patents copying is wrong, we need to protect Apple intellectual property when companies steals our patents.

In Australia court on October 13. Judge Lucy Koh has slap a temporary ban on the sales on Samsung latest sales in Australia.

 The next hearing will be held in California on the miens ;

• Whats was follow in the the Australia Or ale
• The diffuclties that Apple Inc has establishing the patents validation
• The Samsung infringement  Apple patents 

At this hearing hopefully there are enough evidences to  prove whether or not these great patent ideas was in fact copy. It's a wonder how one ruling from one Judge in the U.S court will effect the others in other countries.  

This is something boy! Right after Samsung launched it Galaxy 10.1 and other products Apple filed suit. Then Samsung counter suit. Then Samsung tries to market its smart phone in other countries and get ban.  I thought these companies most likely accomplish some resolvement already. There probably  more than meets the eye if you know what I mean. For one  if this was Apple patent why was Samsung was included in the making. Why did Apple didn't launch its iPhone when expected?  Now all this creativity and the patents feud and not many has the chance to even experience how great is this the Galaxy tab or iPhone. By the time this feud is over newer models and other patents will hit the market. For there are major search engines companies like Google is joining the patent business.  Truce is obviously recommended or at least a sooner resolve. 

More movies

 There several movies preview that I seen but haven't heard anything since. One is Jeepers Creepers. I only think the first one was great . This one will have the original character comes back. Still haunted by the death on her brother she brought along her husband ,son, and friend. This continued story line is overdue. Here's a clip.

 

I was talking to my mom about which Final Destination film was the best. I stick to the first one. She disagrees and prefer the second and the third. Well the reason why I pick the first one is because "Death" was actually the killer. It had more detail. And most of all logic. Regular people with sense going about. Make decision that I or others will probably make. Logic. 

The others thereafter sucks. Stupid to almost tailgate a lumber truck. Stupid to get into an elevator with a guy holding mannequins arms. Get on a huge roller coaster. so forth.

Now this great film is called " Joshua"  is great. These fine actors where great in this film . The lady I forgot her name right now seems to always get bad seed kids. She also played in the movie "The Orphan".

Flicks( Sleep Away Camp)

There are several movies that came out in the 80's but never got much recognition as it deserve. I rented them in the movie store and pass the word to several friends and still to this day asks me about it. One is the Sleepaway Camp, with Angela Baker.

This history of this film  is that 'Angela 'and her brother had lost their mother when they was small.School age probably 3rd and forth grade or so and then went to live with their father and his lover. His lover dress one of the boys as a girl and that's how it was through school. One day at camp Angela met a boy who was fond of her. She likes him too but shy away mostly due this secret. On a dark night ,both wanted to go further but something happen . The truth. Angela went on a killing spree and went to a pych ward. Next movie and others in this sequel was Angela keeps going to these camps that are located there under alias. Camp counselor,a kid etc. She kills everyone because they 'aren't good and comply with camp rules " Isn't this ironic?

This next movie I hope someone can tell me the name of it.

1997 The Haunting. with Liam Neelson and Katherine Zeta Jones and couple others. This movie was a remake of a 70's horror movie with same title. But there's an another movie that's kept hidden. It first appears in the early 80's on ch.5 Fox network. It shows the tale of the man who wanted children and a wife that has a specific look to full fill his huge mansion. I never forget it. He was married to a beautiful woman but she couldn't bare children. After many attempts to conceive he became hostile to her. He eventually murder her. Before it was a mansion it was a big house ,he kept building and building buying large animal statues which all represent a significant meaning. 3 years later he remarried . This woman looks very much likes his first wife but she 'd  a stronger personality. Still no children. She really want to but kept this mood from him. Once she saw his hostility she made up more excuses. One day she came upon a hidden room once belongs to his late wife.She went through her things and read the woman diary. From this knowledge she knew she will never be free form him. So she plots to kill him. He got rejected from their bed. She made him chased her around the mansion & blowing out each torch she passed. He saw a her,not realizing it was a reflection and that he was under the huge fireplace.She pulled a string and he was set on fire. 

I wish someone will tell me the name of this movie. If so I send you a painted rock in return.

The battle tale of Samsung vs Apple

 This fight between these two companies seems almost childish but most fights usually are. This started after Samsung announced it's Galaxy 2. Apparently both these companies worked on this patent project together. Not so much details on which formula . So when Samsung announced GALAXY tab 10.1,Apple believe the patent idea was stolen being that the features was quite similar to it's iPhone & iPad. Such as the functions, pinching and scrolling and the flat black design.

  Apple filed a suit against Samsung April 15.2011 for "Intellelectual Properties".  Spokesman for Apple states their must protect their creative ideas and patents.

At that note ,the next week Samsung filed a counter suit in Seoul Central District Court for '5 allegining 5 infringements. These complaints consist of two cities in Germany and Tokyo.

After this this lawsuits had been silent. Then news that these lawsuit is now Europe,Japan and United States. Apple had received a head in this battle, an injunction against Samsung. Which, Samsung has to show 3 samples of the Galaxy to Apple for review and approval ,also block sales of Galaxy in Germany till this dispute is over .Samsung agreed.

Despite this ruling Samsung has filed a counter suit against Apple in Australia on September 16, 2011 for "iOS based devices". Not only that Samsung is out to ban iPhone 5 in South Korea before it's even launched. I guess 'you ban me ,I ban you'! It's angle for the ban is 'patents violations +related to wireless communications ASAP right after the Cuperlino,California based company. Samsung's source stated " For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions ,it would be impossible for it to sell it's i-branded product 5without using our patents,we will stick to a string stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights." said to the Korea Times. Even earlier it has been said that this lawsuit Apple has against Samsung should been thrown out. What do you think? I kind of agree. This is typical what happens in the business world. Beside there are so many phones that has such similarities to other make and models. Even cars . This battle might goes on for long while. But for what goal exactly. The Samsung Galaxy  and the Apple iPad and iPhone is already known and consumers wants it. If these phones gets block and might not hit the market this will lose costumer faith in these leading companies. Who wants to hear a exciting and well purpose phone and has to wait much longer that needed to. Hopes all goes well! 

Samsung and Apple are moving on

 Well these two companies are moving on with business despite the lawsuit the South Korean Company Samsung has widens it 's global patents by filing a counter suit in Australia. This suit started early this year for similarity of patent ideas. "To defend our intellectual property Samsung  filled a cross claim for Apple's violation of Samsung's wireless technology patents." said Samsung Electronics Spokesman Nam Ki-Yung. 

Also Apple's is finally going to put consumer who been waiting for the release of iPhone5 since June. This will be release in October this year. Sprint already raised the initial smart phone termination to $350 .
