Ooyala is making way with it's new cross-platform called Ooyala Everywhere. If you haven't heard of this company before , it's was founded by ex-Google employees in 2007.Ooyala is a  video company like YouTube but for major companies such as TechCrunch,Gerneral Mills, Dell, Telegraph Media Group and Martha Stewart Living even ESPN. This Ooyala Everywhere will up this scale by publish these videos in HD and enable these publishers to have it monetize through rich media ads and subscription.. Motorola has made a strategic investment to this video publishing platform . Motorola VP in corporation and ventures Wallace Pai said yesterday in announcement'We look forward to building to on the synergies between our two companies." Google has also in the process of acquiring 12.5 billion dollars into this platform.
