T.v and radio are a thing in the past!!!

  There are rumors that there will be no more televisions being made. Quick guess meaning the regular t.vs that require an analog antenna. Also the radio station will no longer be. No pacific date but said to be soon. I hope not. These up to date models are great but it's not wise to rely on digital products so much. What if a back up is needed. electronics has more stability than digital in my opinion.  I miss recording songs off the radio onto cassettes. regular television might not as fancy as these digital models but at least it 's not so easy to fall and break. Beside you can be aside the television and still get a view. Digital on the other hand you got to be center to see it otherwise you see dark shadows.  What do you think?

GalaxyS2 Oh yeah!!!

 The great phone on the market right now is the Samsung Galaxy S2 .!!! Wow all the things I could do with this phone. I could make great video even in dark dim lights and still get a great clear pictures. Then the audio for ringtones and music players is loud and clear. I not so attracted to the exterior design but it does have a good grip. As you know some phones are easily to slip out of your hand but this one is not so sleek. The other great aspect is the weight. Not too light or heavy.  Good one hand use. I'm busy ,so I don't always have a moment to use both hands to work my phone. & All that hold the phone then touch the screen nonsence. Especially for someone like me that is multi-task ,always gotta pay attention to three things at a time. Here 's a clip that will show a better insight than the commercial.

Google & Amazon are getting into the tablet business!

 Google has looking forward to better consumer views for it Google t.v.. It has upgraded its platform with touches of the Honeycomb  and making it from 2.0 to 3.1. This will have better screen and home screen which provides  better shortcuts. Including better search for Youtube ,which has a new app, Netflix and an on-ramp for the Android Mark. This will be awesome. Honeycomb interface has able more and simple access to the given product plus the picture display is so much clear. Now if this all goes well this will be a very profitable feature.

Not only Google is spreading to the Tablet and t.v business, so is Amazon. If you go to Amazon you will see their Amazon Kindle Fire on its home page. This has their sales dramatic. The only wait to see ,is seeing if their enough space on the tablets market.

 

This year ,big leaders has been concerned of other business spreading into the digital telecommunication & tablet business. Now with Amazon Kindle Fire launches in a several weeks  will leaves more options to the tablets world by far. Most consumers buys from trusted sources sense  Amazon granted this factor and I believe will have no problem enhancing from this start.

Best 3D t.v s and apps!

 Not much since the Electronic Show early this year I heard much on 3D television. Only video games systems like the Xbox and Playstation more to offer regarding this feature. As I said before looking at these 3D often does hurts your eyes . 

Against my better judgment I bought one for my son. His eyes became watery and irritating, so I put it away. Now he just uses it only for the games. Well there are better televisions out there that require uses with the glasses this way it doesn't hurts the eyes so much.   My advise if interested in these 3 D best to get the ones that has it as an option . So you don't waste money like I did. Being that this feature has first peek on televison last year, there has been some upgrades.  The above video explains.

For the best part the games are so much to play with especially the horror ones during these Halloween season.

Apple Inc. vs Samsung

 Update on this long lawsuit battle between two technology giants Samsung and Apple . Since April this battle has spread across the states and countries. Not much closer from when this began. 

September, Apple has receive an injunction which allows the company to thorough validate Samsung Galaxy products for the patents similarity's. But at the last hearing U.S judge as said Samsung  infringe Apple Inc. patents.

Apple spokeswoman Kristen Hugent  added " It's no coincidence  that Samsung latest products looks a lot like the iPhone and iPad . This kind of patents copying is wrong, we need to protect Apple intellectual property when companies steals our patents.

In Australia court on October 13. Judge Lucy Koh has slap a temporary ban on the sales on Samsung latest sales in Australia.

 The next hearing will be held in California on the miens ;

• Whats was follow in the the Australia Or ale
• The diffuclties that Apple Inc has establishing the patents validation
• The Samsung infringement  Apple patents 

At this hearing hopefully there are enough evidences to  prove whether or not these great patent ideas was in fact copy. It's a wonder how one ruling from one Judge in the U.S court will effect the others in other countries.  

This is something boy! Right after Samsung launched it Galaxy 10.1 and other products Apple filed suit. Then Samsung counter suit. Then Samsung tries to market its smart phone in other countries and get ban.  I thought these companies most likely accomplish some resolvement already. There probably  more than meets the eye if you know what I mean. For one  if this was Apple patent why was Samsung was included in the making. Why did Apple didn't launch its iPhone when expected?  Now all this creativity and the patents feud and not many has the chance to even experience how great is this the Galaxy tab or iPhone. By the time this feud is over newer models and other patents will hit the market. For there are major search engines companies like Google is joining the patent business.  Truce is obviously recommended or at least a sooner resolve. 

More movies

 There several movies preview that I seen but haven't heard anything since. One is Jeepers Creepers. I only think the first one was great . This one will have the original character comes back. Still haunted by the death on her brother she brought along her husband ,son, and friend. This continued story line is overdue. Here's a clip.

 

I was talking to my mom about which Final Destination film was the best. I stick to the first one. She disagrees and prefer the second and the third. Well the reason why I pick the first one is because "Death" was actually the killer. It had more detail. And most of all logic. Regular people with sense going about. Make decision that I or others will probably make. Logic. 

The others thereafter sucks. Stupid to almost tailgate a lumber truck. Stupid to get into an elevator with a guy holding mannequins arms. Get on a huge roller coaster. so forth.

Now this great film is called " Joshua"  is great. These fine actors where great in this film . The lady I forgot her name right now seems to always get bad seed kids. She also played in the movie "The Orphan".

Flicks( Sleep Away Camp)

There are several movies that came out in the 80's but never got much recognition as it deserve. I rented them in the movie store and pass the word to several friends and still to this day asks me about it. One is the Sleepaway Camp, with Angela Baker.

This history of this film  is that 'Angela 'and her brother had lost their mother when they was small.School age probably 3rd and forth grade or so and then went to live with their father and his lover. His lover dress one of the boys as a girl and that's how it was through school. One day at camp Angela met a boy who was fond of her. She likes him too but shy away mostly due this secret. On a dark night ,both wanted to go further but something happen . The truth. Angela went on a killing spree and went to a pych ward. Next movie and others in this sequel was Angela keeps going to these camps that are located there under alias. Camp counselor,a kid etc. She kills everyone because they 'aren't good and comply with camp rules " Isn't this ironic?

This next movie I hope someone can tell me the name of it.

1997 The Haunting. with Liam Neelson and Katherine Zeta Jones and couple others. This movie was a remake of a 70's horror movie with same title. But there's an another movie that's kept hidden. It first appears in the early 80's on ch.5 Fox network. It shows the tale of the man who wanted children and a wife that has a specific look to full fill his huge mansion. I never forget it. He was married to a beautiful woman but she couldn't bare children. After many attempts to conceive he became hostile to her. He eventually murder her. Before it was a mansion it was a big house ,he kept building and building buying large animal statues which all represent a significant meaning. 3 years later he remarried . This woman looks very much likes his first wife but she 'd  a stronger personality. Still no children. She really want to but kept this mood from him. Once she saw his hostility she made up more excuses. One day she came upon a hidden room once belongs to his late wife.She went through her things and read the woman diary. From this knowledge she knew she will never be free form him. So she plots to kill him. He got rejected from their bed. She made him chased her around the mansion & blowing out each torch she passed. He saw a her,not realizing it was a reflection and that he was under the huge fireplace.She pulled a string and he was set on fire. 

I wish someone will tell me the name of this movie. If so I send you a painted rock in return.

The battle tale of Samsung vs Apple

 This fight between these two companies seems almost childish but most fights usually are. This started after Samsung announced it's Galaxy 2. Apparently both these companies worked on this patent project together. Not so much details on which formula . So when Samsung announced GALAXY tab 10.1,Apple believe the patent idea was stolen being that the features was quite similar to it's iPhone & iPad. Such as the functions, pinching and scrolling and the flat black design.

  Apple filed a suit against Samsung April 15.2011 for "Intellelectual Properties".  Spokesman for Apple states their must protect their creative ideas and patents.

At that note ,the next week Samsung filed a counter suit in Seoul Central District Court for '5 allegining 5 infringements. These complaints consist of two cities in Germany and Tokyo.

After this this lawsuits had been silent. Then news that these lawsuit is now Europe,Japan and United States. Apple had received a head in this battle, an injunction against Samsung. Which, Samsung has to show 3 samples of the Galaxy to Apple for review and approval ,also block sales of Galaxy in Germany till this dispute is over .Samsung agreed.

Despite this ruling Samsung has filed a counter suit against Apple in Australia on September 16, 2011 for "iOS based devices". Not only that Samsung is out to ban iPhone 5 in South Korea before it's even launched. I guess 'you ban me ,I ban you'! It's angle for the ban is 'patents violations +related to wireless communications ASAP right after the Cuperlino,California based company. Samsung's source stated " For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions ,it would be impossible for it to sell it's i-branded product 5without using our patents,we will stick to a string stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights." said to the Korea Times. Even earlier it has been said that this lawsuit Apple has against Samsung should been thrown out. What do you think? I kind of agree. This is typical what happens in the business world. Beside there are so many phones that has such similarities to other make and models. Even cars . This battle might goes on for long while. But for what goal exactly. The Samsung Galaxy  and the Apple iPad and iPhone is already known and consumers wants it. If these phones gets block and might not hit the market this will lose costumer faith in these leading companies. Who wants to hear a exciting and well purpose phone and has to wait much longer that needed to. Hopes all goes well! 

Samsung and Apple are moving on

 Well these two companies are moving on with business despite the lawsuit the South Korean Company Samsung has widens it 's global patents by filing a counter suit in Australia. This suit started early this year for similarity of patent ideas. "To defend our intellectual property Samsung  filled a cross claim for Apple's violation of Samsung's wireless technology patents." said Samsung Electronics Spokesman Nam Ki-Yung. 

Also Apple's is finally going to put consumer who been waiting for the release of iPhone5 since June. This will be release in October this year. Sprint already raised the initial smart phone termination to $350 .

Samsung & Motorola news!!!

Ooyala is making way with it's new cross-platform called Ooyala Everywhere. If you haven't heard of this company before , it's was founded by ex-Google employees in 2007.Ooyala is a  video company like YouTube but for major companies such as TechCrunch,Gerneral Mills, Dell, Telegraph Media Group and Martha Stewart Living even ESPN. This Ooyala Everywhere will up this scale by publish these videos in HD and enable these publishers to have it monetize through rich media ads and subscription.. Motorola has made a strategic investment to this video publishing platform . Motorola VP in corporation and ventures Wallace Pai said yesterday in announcement'We look forward to building to on the synergies between our two companies." Google has also in the process of acquiring 12.5 billion dollars into this platform.

 SAMSUNG  GALAXY S II ARE THEE BEST PHONE ON THE MARKET TODAY!!! This is a fact base on the market reports. Even though the over seas has the privillge of enjoying this phone first it's worth the wait. It has came out while this lawsuit with Apple vs. Samsung for the simillarity of their Apple Iphone2 and the galaxy SII. Right off front there are a lot of similarity but the Galaxy SII are about 0.7 oz lighter than the Epic 4G and iPhone2. The lawsuit itself I post more when I learn the results. But for now, let me tell you the features of this phone. It has 4.5 inch screen that shows unbealivable beautiful display using the  AMOLED.Gingerbread.  Now I heard good and not so good opinions on the HTC Droid Incredible. getting updates to Android 2.3.4. But I think once you see the spec. you probably take a closer look. Since the third of this month user are already getting updates for their Incredible Android 2.3.4.

 Glad for  Gamefly. I use to waste a lot of money on games. 1 out five I like. That use to piss me off. There was over $200 worth of games that just collect dust on my shelf. Well it's cool to try before you buy. I do the same with movies. See them on cable or Netflix , if I really like it I buy it.

 Well the most interested in game is the Dark Souls. It's for Xbox and PS3. I only saw the preview and it don't seem too complicated. If you're interested in pack action missions games this will be a fun ride. Here's  the preview.

Earn money online. Truth!

 I post on this topic last year. Since then there has been about 40 reports about being rip off on these surveys site and the  money making machine advertising. Just sit back an really see how it is to make money online. A person /business has their own affiliates one is these software (profit 1) that customer wants to learn about the business.Profit 2 send emails to anyone that subscribe to their site. Keep them on the site as long as possible and give incentives to not close the page. Sounds familiar?

So 1.Catchy gimmick

     2.get subscribers

     3.Send emails that they receive payment when open

     4.Paid links

     5.software

As you can see these are the money making machine. Have you ever notice the software from different business are about the same $37. Some wants more for what you can do yourself. Don't fall for this. If you want to create a site or franchise a business. Do it legit by scratch.

Surveys . Well there are a lot of complaints on this topic. The way this goes is, you join  sites like Send Earnings, Panda Research Inbox pays etc. Fill out survey you are interested in and get credit. Once you reach a certain limit to receive payment . They send it to you either by mail or Paypal or others  alike. But there's a  glitch. As most come -ons ,you already gave them what they ask for. Surveys are affiliate to other business , once you did them a service, which is bringing traffic and customers to site, some survey site make accuses not to credit you for them. Yep some do. Not all some. Furthermore, these surveys that actual worth the effort is Check your credit,Dish network and credit cards because the payment is over 10 dollars. But who wants a third party aware of your personal information? 

Just to let you be aware do not believe that having little knowledge of computers and how the online business works will not stop you from making money. It does. Even with affiliates marketing. You yourself has to know  codes ,read data, some programming and where to find and search. If not ,your going to profit money but lose without this knowledge.

Everyone wants to earn money. One might assume that only some others are staring at the computer trying to find a way too. Not realizing almost all are looking at the same gimmicks as you. But these business know all does too. Just think of these sites as a online telemarketing. Some makes employees makes money some should stay home.

My advice, if you are looking for a online job goes to a well know site like Visa,Radioshack,Nextel etc. goes to careers and search for at home jobs.

For franchise. Do your homework,know about business laws for your state.Do everything as if you are going to location to location in person. Honesty is the best policy. Hope this helps!

Google on the move!

Google is known for being one of the best trusted search engines,on a lot of smart phones and basic models. Now Google is moving into the phone panted business. As most believe that its a new comer the telecommunication and has no historical documentation history.Yet in my opinion Google does. Its well informed in  original business which is what these major phone company uses for their phones. 

Well Google has purchased Motorola Mobility for 12.5 billion dollars. Scooping up a trove 17.000 phone related patents. This will defend its operating systems. 

Could this be a Google response of losing in an auction of 6,000 to a group of Nortel Patents which led by Microsoft,Research in Motion an Apple?

All will be proven on when these patent market will be tested early next month by the telecommunication specialist InterDigital. I'll keep you posted on the event.

Have one device or two?

Not everyone has a taste for a tablet. For one several of them doesn't fits in pocket . It's a bit of nuance to hold and type with one hand. Or /and who really has use for it unless they have active schedule .Or just want something that you use for just every leisure you can with a computer. There are even phones are similar to tablets.

 I really would get two device that has pretty much the same features. At least keep a backup. Can you imagine if your only device breaks down? That will really sucks. Well tell me what you think of this?

This song reminds me og a handsome navy Marine man I used to date. Oh my! He was a dream. Some says this song reminds them of a obese man eating a whole lot of food. A few guys makes them think of an fast race car. Maybe because of the  commercial. Tell me what you think.

Samsung Hercules-

 Samsung has a new model phone called Samsung Hercules.First heard of May 18 this year.  This phone is rumored to be the newest variant of the Samsung Galaxy S2 and 'like the Infuse 4G but with dual core. Once proven the spec this device will be able to hold more apps and features that customers wants to try out. 

Samsung Hercules Model SGH7989 specifics; 4.5 inch display screen, dual core. 8 mega pixel camera on the back. Front camera which will be rocking the Tele new GPS. Beautiful  silver design. Single piece battery cover. If not curved edges probably bigger and wider at the bottom.Ultra fast handset with Nextflex also pre-installed. Price is about 200 dollars. Nice.  My personal opinion ,it 's not that attractive. Looks more in the late 90's style. Well I let you be the judge. Tell me what you think.

Best Gameplay

 The hardest games is the best. Esp if it's worth the fun . The most talk about game is the Requim for a Dream.

The music on is awesome. Powerful action experenice. Great.

My next favorite this year is Bad Company. A bit difficult to get use to at first but once you get a hang of it you have a blast.

If you're interested in quiet games ,this is it. not so much my interest but you may enjoy it.

But my favorite of all times is the Grand Thieft Auto 'Vice City!!! I got a steering wheel ,put in 1'st person view,and drive . I was driving  and it felt real. I had a lot fun with this game.
